Diplomatic Bazar

Just got back from an inspiring and super busy Diplomatic Bazar in Bruxelles. Meeting so many talented artists from Romania and Republic of Moldova was exactly what I needed to continue keeping the inspiration alive. I played a DJ set of my own compositions for a #slowfashion show which I actually really enjoyed!

The event opened with a screening of Interbeing film presented in premiere in Europe!

Dr David Thomas from #endangeredlandscapesprogramme and I did a panel discussing the importance of music and arts in restoring and protecting nature.

Preserving old traditions and heritage it’s imperative to the conservation process. This event featured artists that live for this mission! And it’s at the heart of their artistry.

Thank you to the Romanian and Republic of Moldova ambassadors for inviting me. And to all the people that I’ve met who opened their hearts to me, for all the positive feedback linked to the Interbeing project, for the dress designed by Adrian Oianu, for the most beautiful poetry by Radmila Popovici , my painted bag from Cezara Kolesnik, the identity t-shirt designed by Mândra Chic, to the young pianist Martina Meola who melted my heart, to Elena Rentea for collecting and preserving these beautiful traditional Romanian costumes and to The Romanian Blouse for recreating these blouses to spread to the world.

And all the people involved in this event, especially to Emilia D. Mohan and Victoria Mincu for making it happen!

Ne vedem in curand!
